Place your hand on your skin and pull upright where you would like it to sit. With your other hand peel back the tip of the sticker backing. place sticker on your leg in the position you want it then place the exposed sticker down firmly. Slowly roll the sticker upwards removing the back slowly so the sticker sticks to your skin. Please watch the video below for step by step instructions.

Peel the edge of the sticker and slowly peel the sticker away from your skin. Wash the adhesive with soapy water in the shower.

Your sticker will be fine if you get caught in the rain, however we only recommend swimming in the waterproof stickers as these have a different adhesive designed to stay on in the water
